I met him (Ruben) from neighbor across the street. Her brother was working for him at the time middle of Summer 2019. The original project was to inspect and repair the roof around the house, especially the front porch, fix small area of fascia, section where missing downspout with an underground water drainage leading rainwater away from the house, etc. Sounded very enticing and that was middle of July. He quoted $2,500 /w $1,250 for the materials to start. Several days later, He and his team brought in 3 buckets roof sealants and applied part of front porch and back of the house where the kitchen section stick out of the house, and few other smaller spots. I had an issue with my tub in my bathroom. Every other contractor/plumber was trying to charge me thousands of dollars to replace my bathtub I called them and they came in and told me it could be fixed and were able to come back the next day. They fixed my tub, replaced my broken exhaust fan in the bathroom and recaulked around my tub. They even came back the next day to test the overflow drain to make sure it didn’t leak. Which gave a me peace of mind Overall I think they did a great job. I will definitely recommend King Construction to anyone who looking for someone to do work in their home. Right from the very start, they made sure they understood my needs and worked with me all throughout the project to create the best solution possible. Had a major renovation job done by them. 2 complete floors were renovated. Quality of work was great. Stayed on schedule. Ray was very knowledgeable, detailed and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
