KBS did a wonderful job of making my dream bathroom come to life! From working with the designer to help me find my inspirational tile and unique handmade mirror, to the professional, careful team that tore out the old bathroom and built it back, I had great experiences. Good communication with the project manager meant that small issues were handled quickly and, in the end, it’s even better than I imagined it! And my cat loves it, too!

Dream kitchen complete! Our experience with Kitchen and Bath Shop of Frederick was second to none. We simply could not have asked for a better experience. We started conversations with Joe @ K&B, and several other vendors in mid 2022, and K&B was the frontrunner. Unfortunately, due to several other higher priority projects in the home, the kitchen project was put on the back burner.😉 Fast forward to Fall 2025 when we were ready to take on the kitchen. We went back to K&B to meet with Senior Designer Joe Correria. K&B had the team AND all the materials we felt would be perfect to modernize the kitchen in our custom log home. We were very fortunate to work with Eric Smith at the Kitchen and Bath Shop on Patrick Street in Frederick, Maryland. We had an old fiberglass shower and vinyl floor in a guest bathroom. Eric came out and looked at our bathroom and made suggestions and gave us a ballpark figure. In one visit at the store, Eric helped us make all the decisions on tiles, paint, fixture , toilet, etc. He was very cost conscious and suggested we keep our medicine cabinet but put a new light fixture over it; keep our bathroom base cabinet but put a new counter on it; keep our ceiling light fixture etc. He seemed to sense what we style we would be comfortable in tiles etc. Then we met Ryan who oversaw the project. Excellent design support, explaining options, color schemes, materials, and pricing. Being able to see samples in their show room enabled us to select highly complimentary tiles and fixtures. Workmen were highly skilled and professional. They worked diligently throughout the day. We could see our new bathroom evolving from day to day. They were very responsive to our concerns and positively addressed all our questions and concerns. They routinely asked clarifying questions to assure the final result met our expectations. They worked well with WSSC to get the required permits. We are very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended without any reservations.

We are so happy with our experience with KBS! We started the process with Eric back in December and everything was finished by early April. Everything was smooth and once the guys actually started working, they completed both our master bathroom and kitchen in 2.5 weeks. Our project manager, Akif, also kept us in the loop and answered any questions we had. We are in love! Cannot recommend them enough. I included the before pics from the listing when we bought the house and I’m so happy with the updates. We absolutely plan to use KBS for future projects.
