This company has been extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The manager Patricia is disrespectful and unprofessional, ignored numerous request to complete the job .The cabinet installation took far longer than promised, required multiple unnecessary visits, and the work was still not completed correctly. As a result, the shelf is not functioning, and the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company. Additionally they requested payment in full prior to completing the job , now I have to find another company to finish the job . Very unprofessional. Very unprofessional. 0 Stars Their plumbers and electricians work for them part time, and cannot be depended on to show up, or do the job right. The countertop contracted through them, has what looks like grease stains, they said would be replaced if not fixed. Wasn't fixed, and they claim no responsibility. Their electrician repeatedly sets appointments to fix defective undercabinet lighting, and doesn't show up or call. I would never use them for anything else, or recommend them. Absolute best place you can go to. Redid my floors (upstairs and downstairs), our railings, our stairs, our whole entire kitchen redone, cabinetry installation around fire place, and painted. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to go to when you want to redo something in the house. My house looks immaculate and i’m so happy with the results. AMAZING.

They were Wood Designs Deluxe Corp.in Island Park, NY. Remodeled whole kitchen and installed appliances. I contacted Patricia on Feb. 19, 2021 about the kitchen sink they installed and never heard anything back on when someone was coming by to see what they had done. Tried calling the store and the line is constantly busy.

I never put up reviews but Patricia and Viktor at bath and kitchen are trult remarkable!!!!!!!!!!! It's so unusual for a contractor. Patricia's idea and recommendations made my new home better than anything i could have imagined. On time...They are Resposible ,Neat and resposible...need i say anymore!! THNKUUUUU
