Kitchen & Floor Decor

We recently purchased wood flooring from Kitchen & Floor Decor, and we want to express how disappointed we are with both the product and the service we received. The Mohawk TecWood Vintage View floor has not proven to be as durable as we’d hoped. We placed floor protectors on the bottoms of our chairs, yet they are still leaving marks—just weeks after installation. Communication from the store was almost non-existent. We weren’t sure what we were looking for and were initially shown a few flooring options, but we were not given any information about durability. We specifically mentioned that the flooring would be for our kitchen—a high-traffic area in most homes. So many options to choose from and they are so nice and helpful with suggestions too! I only went there for LVP and then decided to check out carpet too for another area in the house. I plan to go back if/when I'm ready to update my kitchen, I noticed so many nice looking ideas and options I would definitely recommend if you're looking to update your home or if you're building new.

Wow so much to share! Brian and his team are awesome! We had an entire floor of our home refinished with laminate plank flooring and it was done in just two days. The contractors who did the install did an excellent job. Great communication. We also had them tile around our new fireplace and Alan did an incredible job. Meticulous! Both the installations and the communication was 5 starts! They do it all! Thanks Brian and team!

We had them replace our kitchen countertop from Formica to Quartz and our vinyl flooring with tile. They did a fantastic job during the whole project and the kitchen looks great. Very impressed with the coordination with all people involved. Highly recommend them.
