Dennis and team were wonderful! They have the most reasonable quote we got, and did better than we could have hoped. They repaired all holes and cracks and painted with such precision! They kept everything covered and cleaned up after themselves-they really are the best painters in Cleveland!

Denny Knapp and his team did a phenomenal job painting our building. It was a big job and they took their time and did it right. They kept me posted on the progress and the before and after is phenomenal. They were professional the entire time and they cleaned up and were courteous to our tenants. The exterior of my house needed repainting and I had Dennis stop by to look things over and give me a quote. He walked around the house reviewing with me things he saw and answering my questions. He gave me a ballpark number and said he would get me the final quote shortly. I received that quote along with his insurance information a day later, and like the game show - the price was right. He and one assistant started scraping the next week on Monday. Along with another painter, they finished that and started painting when rain interrupted their work that week. Dennis had noted he felt the job would take about 7 days to complete and if you take out the days missed because of the rain he was pretty much spot on.
