Very happy with Knight! We've used them twice, and have a scheduled third appointment. Technicians have been very respectful, calm, and knowledgeable. The most recent took the time to explain how he was diagnosing the condenser, just for my curiosity and information. Above and beyond, and a very reasonable price too.

Had an issue with my heat pump not running for heat during this last cold snap and called to get on the schedule. Ramona was very kind and got me on the list for a technician within a couple days which was much faster than I expected. Kevin, Logan, and Andrew have been the techs that have evaluated, troubleshot, and made repairs to my system and all have been very professional and friendly. They got me up and going, and actually fixed another issue that I did not know I had to make my heat run even more efficiently. Very Happy, and now lifetime, customer here! Thank you guys for the excellent skills and integrity.

I have never experienced customer service this bad. I have paid for 2 units through Knights, an 11k for downstairs and a 8k for upstairs in my home. The girl I spoke with yesterday was beyond rude. The day before I asked for a simple request, just for an invoice to be sent to my email due to selling my home, and the new owners needing verification the unit was bought and paid in full before closing. I asked her name, because I had called the day before and talked to a girl that never sent it. She rudely said, "why do you need my name?" I mean you are a customer service representative? Right!! Why would someone not give their name, very strange, gave me a made up name Isabella, what kind of business are they running? Makes me scared to ever call them and trust them with my money. Had my AC unit go out over the weekend. Called for the emergency services. They had someone out same day which was great, but that is where it ended. the technician diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and promised to be out first thing on Monday before 11am to finish the job. Monday rolled around and took off work to be home for this. No show. I called and spoke to the office to which they said that the technician does not schedule and therefor I was not added to his list and he also couldn't give an estimate and based off of the notes, it was going to cost more than what the technician said. They may or not be able to "squeeze me in today" either. So they were going to work on the pricing and call me back. Called back and told me the price was going to be triple what I was told. Wo

I have used them several times and they always show up quickly, they are friendly and professional. I know I am going to be charged fairly. They never up-sell or try to replace more than necessary. The blower on my furnace was rattling and they were able to repair the old part and didn't push the sale of a new one, but told me it was easily ordered and replaced if this one started acting up again. They are always my first call when my heat or ac start to act up. Last summer my thermostat was acting up because of a little bit of battery corrosion, and all he did was clean it up and charge me the minimum when I'm sure anyone else could have said the thermostat needed replaced.
