Initially the work was not done correctly and what was done was done poorly. The thermal barrier was not continuous in 3 different areas and the company had to come back to complete the work. The owner had to return on more than one occasion to reinstall batt insulation that wasn’t supported and kept falling out of the floor above. There were many places where we had to remove excess foam insulation that would have interfered with the drywall installation and the foam insulation bowed one of the plumbing pipes passed the face of the stud wall. I believe they could do good work if they slowed down and cared more about the overall results.

They did a great job, we're very prompt about everything and didn't leave a mess. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and these are some of the better ones! I'll definitely use them again.

I had decided to insulate my project myself. When I had drywall installed, the temperature dropped from in the 70's to right below freezing overnight. This caused a condensation build up that SCARED the crap out of me! It had me thinking that I had completely messed up the insulation install. I called Koala Insulation and Brent came out and was able to calm my anxious heart and assured me that everything was ok. He didn't charge me a thing, but the peace he gave me was priceless. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Brent!

The product insulates well. The lady named Amy was nice on the phone. The two gentlemen applying the product did a good job. It was a tight area inside a 5x18 metal building. This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about using closed cell product. Remove anything that you do not want over spray on. Covering with plastic is not enough and can be a lot of clean up. The biggest hit on this review is that I was told three weeks in the beginning, called and found out that I wasn't scheduled, and ended up getting the product in the seventh week. The quote was on Oct 18th and applied on Dec 4th.
