I would highly recommend Kobs Pools! They just finished building our new pool and it is beautiful! Chris was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything stayed right on schedule and was completed in the estimated timeframe. He also designed the most beautiful pool! Mandi, in the office, was great, very responsive and answered all my questions. And Marcus has taught me how to take care of our investment in an easy to understand and applicable way! From start to finish, Kobs Pools is the absolute best!

I recently hired Kobs Pools to build a pool in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We had our pool installed by Kobs Pools about two years ago. The experience was good during the sales and installation phase, but once the pool was completed, the customer service essentially stopped. At the time of installation, I pointed out that the grout between the tiles was not done properly. I emailed and texted photos. There was also paint splash left on my tile from the pebble finish process. I was repeatedly told we would be placed on the schedule to have these items corrected, but no one ever showed up. It’s frustrating because the issues were brought up immediately and documented, yet they were never addressed. The installation itself was fine, but post-install support has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend getting everything resolved before final payme

This is our third inground pool. Our experience with Kobs has been excellent. Chris was our contact, and he helped design the pool and made several suggestions. We went back and forth with a few modifications until we found a design that worked with our price range. We were building a new house at the same time, so some coordination was required between the builder and Kobs. Everything went extremely well, including the start date and the time for completion of the pool. We had some nagging hardware issues with the salt cell panel, but Marcus stayed on the job until it was resolved. Marcus was also very patient and informative when it came time to balance the pool. I saw a pool installed by Kobs during a home search and was impressed. I have a pool but I was interested in reconstructing it. I have called and left my information with this company a total of five times. The receptionist always says the salesperson will get back to me or reach out. No one has reached out to me. I give up. I am now exploring other companies.
