Kodiak handled the installation of my garage door for my new home built by Meritage. Right from the start, I noticed consistent noise whenever I opened or closed the garage. Compared to my eight-year-old garage, this one feels rough and unrefined. There were numerous issues like missing bolts, incorrectly installed ones, absent weather strips, and even missing locks. Despite reaching out to the builder months ago, they only provided a band-aid solution by adding a side weather strip. Now, I'm left to deal with the problems on my own dime for a brand-new house.
