KOHLER Store

My husband and I are rebuilding our home after the Eaton fire, which is a very daunting task that we don't wish on anyone. The Kohler store & showroom have both been essential for us in rebuilding. And even more, Nona Maravilla (our consultant) has been invaluable as we sift through everything we need to rebuild. She's patient, caring, kind, and thorough, and we are so grateful we found her as we're working to rebuild our lives and home.

The Pasadena store is absolutely beautiful! The staff are so friendly and welcoming- everyone greeted me with a smile and offered water or assistance. A special thank you to Lala for her outstanding service and genuine kindness. She truly went above and beyond to make my visit such a great experience. The only gripe is the parking situation. Luckily parking on the street was really cheap and I found a spot right in-front of the store.

Patrick at the Kohler store in Pasadena made our shopping experience special. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive. His no pressure style allowed us to share our needs and our unique context. While we stopped to look and understan the fixture landscape, Patrick invited us to be customers.

Patrick is definitely a bit of peace in the chaos. He is so helpful and works to maximize overall functionality and aesthetic. It's so important in the relationship with vendors to build trust in the process as much as the product. Patrick continues to show up, and I'm so grateful for his support on my projects.

Had a great experience working with Lala and Bernie! I first worked with them for our home remodel — both were incredibly knowledgeable about Kohler products and patiently spent several hours with us on two occasions to make sure we were completely satisfied with our order. Their pricing is very competitive, and the customer service is outstanding. I visited again today to pick finishes for our ADU — same great experience, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
