We had a 3 car wide driveway and a porch coated and, beyond the practical reasons to have this done, we know there is more curb appeal to our home. Each morning we were notified of when to expect our crew and they came promptly at those times. When we had a high-wind day, they politely told us they'd be back the next day so that overspray didn't affect us or our neighbors. Every interaction was professional and upbeat. KoolCote did a fantastic job resurfacing our driveway. It was in sad shape after the previous homeowner performed a DIY paint job on it. Chip Marlin met with us to discuss the step-wise process, color options, and he submitted the paperwork to our HOA. The finished product has received rave reviews from the neighbors. Very pleased with the end result of resurfacing my front porch. I had 3 different shades of concrete from the original pour, plus two add-ons over time. The mosaic of colors drove me bonkers! Initially, communication with crew’s timeline was spotty, but quickly rectified by the customer service team once I expressed frustration. Workers were neat, tidy and respectful of my home.

It's rare that I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with a contractor but from start to finish, it has been a pleasure working with KoolCote. Our project was somewhat more complicated as a previously applied stain had to be ground off. Our project coordinator, Erica, was professional, thorough and provided a competitive price.
