KPS Kuckelman Pump Services

I've had two visits from Kuckelman Pump Services. The first visit was from Steve Kuckleman who came to inspect the well prior to purchase. Steve was prompt, professional, and thorough. His inspection revealed that the well needed a new pressure regulator tank. For the new tank Kuckleman's sent Robert and Cruz, both of whom were prompt, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend Kuckleman's Pump Service and will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation. Five stars!

My Homeowners Association has used Kuckelman Pump Service for many years to keep our very complex well/water delivery system functioning. They are responsive, professional and skilled at diagnosing and fixing problems that would stump less experienced providers.

Theses guys were great. I got home and there was no cold water coming into the house from our well and no sounds from the pump. They found the problem in our control box and also the gauge was broken. Those bad mice! They replaced the control box and gauge, repressurized our tank and now everything is working again. The service was very friendly and prompt. Chester (who actually came out here) sure knows his stuff. I called them around 9AM, they had one more emergency call in front of us and here is is 1PM all fixed, and we live about 35 minutes out of Santa Fe. Great company as far as I can tell.

I have used Kuckelman's for many years to service my 3 wells. They repaired one a year ago, but it began leaking at the same place the repair was made, so they were called out to inspect the well and the leak. They were supposed to be here between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. I was at the well site at 9:00 am and unlocked the vault and the electrical panel. I waited outside until 9:50 am when they finally arrived. I told them they were late and the driver immediately called me "rude" and a "prick". He said he was busy running errands as his excuse for being late. I told him I was leaving and showed him where the well was. At that, he chose to turn around and leave. He never got out of their truck and was belligerent, angry, and having a bad day. This company has serviced my well for many years and done a wonderful job. Once I had an electrical failure needing new lines trenched in winter. Replaced the old pump on another occasion. Last week my pump failed on a Saturday night. Needed to replace the pressure switch/gauge and control box due to significant corrosion. A prompt response to a message left on Sunday morning from Loren, who had to drive from ABQ to Santa Fe to rescue me. Within a few hours from the SOS call water supply restored. Loren was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in the trouble shoot and repair. I had to pay a little extra for the emergency service, but it was worth it. Highly recommended!
