Krueger's Septic & Sewer

We recently had a bit of a plumbing emergency. I heard a small drip coming from a valve in my basement. Turns out it had been dripping for a few days. I had a different plumber come out as it was short notice and they told me it was going to be 2 day before they could fix the problem and turn my water on. And wouldn’t be able to change the valve but had to replace the all the pipes with the valve. I was panicking., I called Kruegers and they originally said they wouldn’t be able to come out for 1-2 days but called me back about 20 min later and said he was on his way. He had me up and running with only changing the valve, (the pipes were fine) in about an hour.. (we had to make a quick run to the hardware store) but. It was all good. We now have water. And NO dripping. Thank you.

Excellent service and price. I had a clogged sewer drain pipe and these guys got it done the same day I called. They even replaced a gasket on my clothes washer for no extra charge. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

After I described the problem, they knew the issue before even coming out. They came out, fixed the problem, were polite and professional, and affordable, too. Came and cleared out our main drain this morning about 3 hours after I called them. Kept me informed the whole time on what they were doing & cleaned up what was previously there without asking. They went above and beyond & if we have plumbing issues in the future we will for sure reach out to them!
