There was a great moment this week when, after a tremendous and late night, I woke late and shuffled outside at 10:30am with a coffee. Julio did a great job mowing the lawn at one of my rentals. Both the tenant and I were impressed with his professionalism and work. My tenant appreciated him wearing a uniform with the company logo to help identify him. She also appreciated that his equipment is quiet. No annoying loud noise.
