We used them for two years for our outdoor holiday decor (we purchased the lights, they put them up and took them down and stored them). In year 3, after not hearing when the installation would take place, we contacted them at the end of October and they said they would not be installing them this year. I asked for the lights to be returned, I am still waiting. It is too late in the year to find someone else to take over. The service that they "sold" us on was that they would store the lights for us and now that isn't an option. They are hopefully going to return the lights to us but now we are on our own. Terrible customer service. I am very disappointed.
