L Germek Heating & Cooling

The people at L. Germek are the best, most reasonably priced Heating and Air Conditioning business around. I’ve been using them for the past 11 years or so, and I highly recommend them. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very reliable, and very courteous.

The pros are that their Service Techs have been courteous, and their prices have been reasonable. However, my chief complaint is regarding their after hours service. My (only) 15 year old furnace has crapped out each of the past 3 winters. In 2016 when I made a service call on a Saturday morning, a tech was relatively quick to respond. He competently diagnosed the problem as my main board and replaced it. In 2017 I placed a call on a Sunday morning when my furnace would not start. I placed several more calls on that same day, and was told that the tech got the messages and would be out. They never showed and I had to send my wife and kids to a family member's house for the night. I called as soon as they opened on Monday and received an apology for the mixup. A tech was out within an hour.

Terrible, i called them 2 wks ago. Was told they would call me back still haven't got a return call. I was trying to use a local co. to check my furnace because my heat wasn't coming out great. I guess I don't rank among there regs.

They cleaned and fixed an old furnace for me at a great price. They are going to be my first call for HVAC problems from now on.
