L & L Septic & Grease Trap Cleaning

We needed our septic system pumped in an emergency. Larry was able to get us worked in the same day. Joe arrived within a few hours and was courteous, professional, and did a great job. I definitely recommend using L&L!

I was told different price over the phone while asking quote, and they told us $205 for grease trap service, but after the service they charged us $420. This is ridiculous, if they would have told us this high price, I could have find better and cheaper service from other service provider. I don't recommend their services.

I rented a portable toilet from L&L for a residential construction site. Everything was fine for a couple of months, but then they went two weeks in a row without cleaning out the toilet (my rental contract was for weekly cleanings). When I called the first time they said it was their policy that if access to the toilet was blocked they would not service the toilet. I completely understand this but I was on site the first time and the driver never even got out of the truck. The driver simply pulled up and sat in his truck for about 15 seconds then drove off. I was looking right at him and trying to ask him if I needed to move my truck. He made no attempt to ask anyone to move the vehicle or locate its owner, not to mention there is a 2nd driveway that he could have used to access the
