The customer service from the gentleman in the office is awful. I have been a customer for a long time but that's coming to an end. One bad employee can ruin your business. What a shame.

We are a regular customer and have auto delivery. We requested an earlier delivery due to extreme cold,and they refused This is poor service

Incredible service! I let my heating oil run out accidentally and they gave me same-day service even as a brand new customer! Delivery guy was super friendly and showed me how to bleed the line and get everything back on track. Also the prices can't be beat.

Very rude customer service, Asked if they had discount for first time customers and the guy on the phone said “he didn’t play games” Really? It’s a common sense question if you are new to a company, but it offended him so much that he didn’t want to place the heating oil order and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I don’t know what was wrong about the simple question. Don’t place your money where people don’t appreciate you, letting this people talk like that to you to save a few dollars is miserable. Please be kind.

I used L S Fuel heating oil delivery 2 months ago and they were OK. I called back on December 24th, 2022 for heating oil delivery and the person I spoke to was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He told me that they will deliver heating oil the following Monday and I gave him my credit card information over the phone and he hung up on me. They never showed up. Very unprofessional and unethical company.
