Fixed issue and we haven’t had any problems since but employee had bad communication skills and was disrespectful when questioned if his service was complete. UPDATE: While the situation itself was minor, the way your employee entered a place of business and addressed your customers is a serious concern. This issue could have been completely avoided with better communication. I appreciate the work that was done — thank you for that — but it’s important that your employee improves not only in communication skills but also in how he approaches and speaks to people. As a customer, I have every right to ask questions about the services being provided and to ensure they are completed properly or even at all before paying for the service.

I have counted on CES for upgrading the wiring in our home, wiring an addition as well as our dock. Brian and his team are incredibly professional and reliable. Their pricing has always been competitive, and their workmanship is flawless.

Called CES to wire an accessory building I was constructing. The owner Brian sent one of his guys out to assess the job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and promptly gave me a quote for the job. I didn’t ultimately utilize CES for my project as I choose to use a family member for my project but I firmly believe that CES would have done the job right.

Best electricians hands down!! They recently installed a whole house generator and have been back several times to make sure everything is running smoothly. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.
