Lake Erieview Parking

We parked here for a Indians game and they lost our keys and we had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to open the car, look inside the vehicle, only to find them in another vehicle. Thankfully it wasn't in another paying customers car. They acted like it wasn't a big deal that they lost the keys and that it was our fault that the keys were "lock" in the car. When infact they misplaced them in another car. It was the worst customer service by Sam (if that was his real name). I would never recommend anyone parking there. I wouldn't even give them a star if I could.

i park here every day, and i have for nearly a year now staff at Erieview is polite, cordial, and professional. feel safe leaving my car there all day and always pay a fair rate
