Lake Murray Maids

This service states that they provide "Royal Clean" which is described as a deep clean that includes all baseboards, molding fan blades in addition to routine cleaning of the home(described by Tammy). After hearing this, I was happy to schedule a Royal clean. On the day scheduled, I received a message that some of the employees were sick and could not come. The next day, they did come. There were 2 ladies who worked for 3 hours at the home and the results were very incomplete. One of the beds was left without linens. The baseboards were not all cleaned. The showers were not properly cleaned and the shampoo bottles not even moved. Overall, a much worse job than has ever been done by other cleaning companies. I would not advise using this service.
