Best company around! Hands down! We have had numerous issues with our furnace and every time we have called they have answered and had the issue fixed within an hour or two. Highly recommended every time.

The service guys were friendly and the work they did looked nice... but they quoted us for an amount, and without consulting us, worked beyond double the amount and charged us after it was done. They also refused to do a specific request in our directions and left it up to us. I'm happy with the work that was done, but not happy with the price differential that ended up way more costly than anticipated, even after what they considered a discount. I don't like feeling like I've been scammed after what should have been a basic job.

Service Guy was friendly and I can appreciate that but I have an issue with my furnace on the low voltage side. Service guy came out and unhooked all the low voltage wires that control heat, blew 5 fuses trying to figure out the issue and then left. They said parts are unavailable for my furnace and told me I need a new furnace. I called to see what the labor charge was going to be and was told multiple times it was $300 even. I went into their office to pay my labor bill and the shows $360 for 2.5 hours at $120/hr. I asked what the extra $60 was for and was told that's what my labor charge was total. I told them that doesn't math at all and there's an extra $60 there that's not supposed to be there and had to walk them through how simple math works. They finally agreed to accept the prope

Plumber was very kind and helped us with a few small plumbing installs around the house but the main reason we had them out was for a clogged tub drain. The plumber tried to fix it then proceeded to tell us that the main line needed to be snaked and he didn't have the tool for that. He recommended we call Alpena Septic[5/5 stars!!]. We paid Alpena Septic to come out and take a look and he had the tub draining within 3 minutes of being in the house and all he had to use was a good plunger to break up the gunk and now it drains flawlessly. To lakeshore: get your guys some better plungers please :)

Had a water heater leak, called first thing in the morning, the plumber Chris was able to come out quickly and we had hot water in a couple of hours. Great job, reasonable cost.
