So far Overall good experience with Land & Coates team and pricing. Have a couple items I feel should have been caught in PDI but the Store Manager is being prompt in scheduling a technician to come onsite 12/9. Check back and I will let you know if the issues have been resolved. Updated to 5 Star - 12/12 Technician arrived as scheduled and resolved all items. All around he was focused on making sure I was happy with my new tractor. Highly recommend Land & Coates Powhatan over all the other Tractor competitors in our area. Will definitely get my business going forward. Love my Kubota L2502 !!

I had done a lot of research online, so I knew a little about what I wanted. Your salesman confirmed my “wants” plus steered me to an even better machine. I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to taking advantage of a great machine.

One of the belts on my lawnmower kept breaking. Land & Coates picked it up. Fixed the problem. Was able to add a bag to the mower. Gave a maintenance service in which my sister was TOTALLY thrilled about. They returned the mower. Would DEFINITELY recommend there service. I have, previously, purchased parts and those that work there have always been very helpful. I love peace of mind 😌 service !!!!

Highly recommend. We walked in looking for a subcompact tractor and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff. Bobby helped us out, and from there it was easy, the quality of the experience was the final decision maker. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the team in Powhatan.

First time customer. Service department repaired a Toro battery powered mower. It mowed our property 3 times before it started cutting off after 20 ft of mowing. Restart, mow 20 ft, shut off. They repaired under warranty quickly and service dept was responsive, friendly and helpful. Top notch experience!
