Landmark Lawncare

What a job Wilber, Joe, Stanley, and Austin did this past winter on getting this place in a fantastic shape. Not only did they put rock beds in but also a complete irrigation system in with all the zones. Plant selection was made for deer pressure and so far, all is good. We did put in a lot of rock beds but still left lots of room for sod. As far a lighting we went with pathway lights and flagpole lights in the normal color but went all out on many color programmable lights. I can’t say enough great things about Landmark. With me being a farmer, I know what they had to do to make this lake home stand out. If you are thinking about using them, you better hurry and get on the schedule.

We were thrilled with the work that Wilbur and his team did finishing up the landscaping on our commercial building. Wilbur took the time to talk through our options with us, and bid different options separately so we could make an informed choice. His communication really stood out from other landscaping contractors we talked to. He even made an extra trip before the job to re-measure for sod and make sure we were on the same page about the work to be done. The final product is beautiful, and the follow up care in making sure our sod "took," was excellent. We felt very taken care of by Landmark Lawncare and it was nice to feel like our business was appreciated.

We have had the Landmark crew managing our yard at the lake house the past two years and they have done a great job. This winter we have had them put bull nose block around a significant amount of our landscaping, and replaced all of the mulch with rock. Landmark also added a retaining wall up by the road to add a parking spot on our property, as well as a second retaining wall below the landscaping on that hillside. Turned out beautiful, crew did a great job of building the walls, fixing up the landscape after, and cleaned up afterward. Landmark is a great company to do business with.

From our very first conversation with Wilbur, he was easy to communicate with, timely, thoughtful with every decision, transparent, and honest!! We can’t explain what an AMAZING job they did transforming our yard… from the removal of old bushes, shrubbery, retaining walls, and everything that goes along with that, to creating a space that is both beautiful and functional, being thoughtful in every detail, not only to improve the look of the yard but even providing better drainage to prevent any future problems with the house or landscaping! Landmark Lawncare did an excellent job refreshing our overgrown landscaping. Will and his crew are very polite. They are timely and diligent in their work. Will spent time inspecting the problem areas, proposing solutions, itemizing charges in a proposal, and scheduling the work in time to support the blooming plants. We are very pleased with the outcome and look forward to calling on Landmark Lawncare for some new garden projects!!
