We had a great experience having Jim’s crew working on our property. We were sold pretty quickly with his company by meeting and talking with his workers. They were relatable and didn’t try to push us in any other direction. They worked with our existing firepit and made it light years better. Even still they have come out to answer questions we have. We have even had them over for additional projects. Their customer service is top notch, no having to dread an automated answering service or the international calling centers. They have a real person who is there to answer questions and take information. She is wonderful and definitely super fun to talk to and gives you what you need. Jim, the owner, is amazing. He is great with communication and keeping in touch. When we didn't know much about plants and what we wanted, he took the time to meet with us at a nursery to get a feel for our style. His crew is excellent. They worked hard in rain and hot weather to finish quickly. Jim is very nice, genuine, and easy to work with. We could not be happier. See before and after pictures. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Jim and his crew during our patio build! He was always very responsive and extremely helpful ensuring the style and design was exactly what we wanted. The crew was also extremely professional and respectful. We are extremely pleased with our patio and gas firepit and we look forward to building many memories as a family outside enjoying! We are extremely disappointed with this company’s workmanship and lack of professionalism. In late summer of 2022, a two-person crew was sent by Jim Brown to install Rosetta steps and a paver landing at our front entry stairs. However, the steps were installed with an unintended curve and significant gaps between the steps and the ground where it was not backfilled. Additionally, the paver landing is unlevel and not centered to the entry stairs. Basically it looks like a DIY job. We contacted Jim, who took over a month to come out to assess the situation. He quickly acknowledged the job needed to be redone and promised it’d be fixed by end of season. However, this did not happen but we remained patient, assuming time constraints before winter caused the delay. In March of this year we re

I’ve had the pleasure of having two hardscape projects and one drainage project completed by this crew. They’ve been finished quickly, cleanly, and with great results. Jim and his team were responsive to my questions, changes and input both before and during the builds. No corners were cut. Communication is made easy and the team clearly works hard and knows what they’re doing. I do not hesitate to recommend Landscapes Unlimited to anyone who asks.
