Lanny Adams (no relation) used to be the benchmark in A/C repair. I used them for several years and referred many a friend and family member to them. They would always call a day or so after your service appointment to see how things went; just top notch customer service and the pricing was always more than reasonable. I don’t know when it occurred but sometime after Mr. Adams passed away the business was sold, however the new company retained use of the Lanny Adams name. The last time I needed A/C repair I called “Lanny Adams” and they sent a technician out. He was completely in over his head and said my unit could not be repaired and offered to sell me another unit. My wife and I have used Lanny Adams a few times over a period of several years. My wife had a rental house for some time, and I have a rental apartment. When one of our renters has a problem with an oven, washing machine, or dryer, we call Lanny Adams and they take care of it. I have never felt they did unnecessary work, and things stay fixed. The technician calls me from the job site to tell me what's happening. They coordinate with the tenant. I arrange payment over the phone. Done and done. Call these good folks.

I called Lanny Adams recently to fix my washing machine. They were exceptional! They were very honest and worked quickly. I'm very thankful for how they managed to work with me. I would definitely suggest using them.

After being without a working refrigerator Chuck came the same day to make the repair. I have tried several companies since January 2nd to no avail. After the last company cancelled my appointment due to weather (mind you its only rain), Chuck came out and replaced the thermostat 3 hrs after my call. Thanks Chuck!

Timely in coming out to access and in returning to take care of the issue with my washer.I thought the cost was exorbitant .it took him 1 minute to twist out and replace a plastic door latch that didn't even require a screw driver.
