I'd leave 0 stars because this "so-called company" and its owner, Jeff Larson, don't exist to do their job! He's useless. Their ''services'' are like smoke. You're aware of it being a thing, but you can't catch it. He doesn't return any form of communication like normal people do every single day. Email, texts, phone calls, voicemails?! You think he's capable of responding to his clients? *Sarcasm heavily imputed here* No! I've never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude individual in this particular industry before! I've had an on-going claim with Home Depot for my washer to be fixed for a month now! He's been a no-show twice already! They actually reassigned this same fool for 2 separate appointments to come down and fix my machine! I'm aware others have handled this irritation be
Bought a used washer and dryer with a 60 day warranty. Took him a few days to respond but when he did he was great. Same day delivery. Yes extra for delivery to edgewater and extra for the plug and hoses. No problem. Moving into a new place and needed them. Problem with both on day 1. Service guy came out. Fixes 1 problem. Dryer has the most awful screeching sound after running 10 minutes. Service guy has been here 4 more times. Finally ordering new pulleys and stuff. Says to keep running it. Just noise. Tried that, doesn't work anymore. 1 week still waiting for a response from Jeff. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't call back. Still have 2 weeks of warranty left. Still using the laundromat.
Absolutely run from this company. I have never had such vile treatment as I received directly from the owner Jeff Larson. We were assigned to this company for a washer repair. They claimed to be able to diagnose the problem over the phone, ordered parts, claimed they were on backorder, and then ghosted us, not returning 5 messages left to try to find out what was happening. Our washer manufacturer told us A Plus did not order parts and closed our ticket for no reason and so they rescheduled us to another company. A Plus called us 8 weeks later to install the alleged part, and we declined. When I tried to explain why we declined, Jeff screamed at me, belittled me, talked over me, and told me he refused to listen to my explanation. It is very clear why this company has such a poor rating. The dryer repair was scheduled for repair on 1/7. The night before I was called by a representative and told they can’t do 1/7 and that it would have to be pushed to 1/8 with a large window time and expect us to be available last minute. The rudest person I spoke to happen to be the… owner (I guess), Jeff Larson. I only question that because I can’t imagine anyone running a business like this. What a lazy excuse for a person, especially if he runs his company this way. His excuse is that he has 24 vendors. It sounds like it is 24 vendors too many. The worst company out there through warranty service the company sends a technician to text me to send the serial number so he can order parts without ever stepping foot in my home that's the first red flag then proceeds to tell me some of the parts are on back order. He tells me when the parts arrive call and he'll come to install. Well weeks go by 1 part of 3 he ordered shows up. I texted to inform him that only one part showed up he says to me well I ordered them together and sends me the parts request picture via text and follows up with im going to send a technician to install the part that's there.
