I've used these guys for fall clean up the last couple years - thanks for the quality work!

They did decent and competent work and I appreciated it always, but after initially good and quick communication, lately it seems that phone communication has started getting slow. It started last fall when it would take at least a few days to respond to phone calls, when before it would be the same day or next day at the latest. They have never missed a lawn cutting services they are very reliable, that is to be sure. However, getting quotes for additional work has proved to be slower for some reason. I left a few messages recently to get quotes for additional work and in the next day or two the calls have still not been returned. Thanks for the work you did, I do appreciate it. We have received excellent customer service from Kris and the team at Lawn Ketchers. We are incredibly happy with our monthly maintenance, but even more delighted with our recent front yard re-do. Kris's team came out and turned an eye-sore of an over grown front yard weed patch into a simple mulched area that will be easy to maintain and looks fantastic. Lawn Ketchers excels at everything from prompt service to excellent communication. We are excited to have our yard in their hands.

I'm in the trades so I have had contact with dozens of lawn service companies over the years. I've used Lawn Ketchers for the past six years and I've never been disappointed. True story. Last summer I happened to be home one day and I heard them pull up to mow. A minute later there was a knock on my door. The worker (I forget his name) said: " Hey, we were just looking at your lawn and we were thinking you could get away without mowing it for another week because it's not that long. I'd hate to see you spend money you don't have to". Seriously. Who does that these days? I was very impressed that the young guy cared enough to mention something. They reaffirmed my loyalty that day and I've referred them to many of my clients and friends.

I use Lawn Ketchers at my home in St. Louis Park and commercial properties that I manage in downtown Hopkins and in Minnetonka. Kris and Adam and their crews are great. Diane in the office is a pleasure to deal with. The crews are always friendly and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!
