I was actually a customer with A company called Lawn tech. Evidently this company bought that company years ago. The new company is totally professional and very fair priced .most of the techs are very knowledgeable especially the tree and shrub division. We planted Over 175 trees and shrubs when we built our house a couple years ago. We signed up for the tree and shrub service to protect our investment so far they have Done a great job with everything. our grass is perfect. I didn’t see a single weed all last season and it is so green it almost looks artificial. The trees and shrubs are doing so well. We’ve only lost one or two trees or shrubs after the original planting of 175 Trees and shrubs. I would highly recommend this company over one of the big giant national companies because the

This is the second year that I had to call and complain about being charged for a weed service that was inadequately applied. Long story short, my backyard is 3,000 square feet. Lawn Matters tech entered my yard and back out in 1 minute and 4 seconds (Ring Camera verification), and I was told that my entire yard had been fertilized by the tech with a hand held spreader, and walking it. To add insult to injury, the manager was rude, billed me the full amount, (which I will not be paying), and said that one minute to apply the fertilizer over 3000 square feet wasn't unreasonable. Lol. Lastly, and coincidentally, the techs GPS signal which tracks his path walked wasn't working to verify what was done. If you want to be charged for a service not rendered this would be the company to pick. Buye

My grass is improved greatly, Lawn matters is on time for appointments, very good pricing and applications for your lawns needs. Most of all professional and courteous to make sure your lawn gets best Results.

I started this company because I was referred to them who was a customer of ultra lawn. The service is terrible.the second time they came out I couldn't even tell. I called and left a message and Noone called back. I called again 2 weeks later and a lady said she would send someone out. Well, that never happened. I called again and was told they had no record of me calling. Really? What kind of business is this. Oh, and im still waiting for a call back from a team person and that never happened. But when they want their money, they're there.

My first application was put down while it was raining. Had more weeds than last few years combined using a different lawn care company. Took almost three months to get refund for last application that I cancelled.
