We had a great experience today. Burt stopped by to advise us about our current home insulation. He was honest and very knowledgeable about their product and was very personable. We really appreciated his time and honesty. We didn’t end up starting a project with him, because we found out we didn’t need additional insulation. If we needed more, we would have gone with him and Premiere Home improvements. He also didn’t make us feel like we wasted his time, since we aren’t going to forward. I would definitely go with them, if we did.

Primary Home Improvements did an outstanding job from start to finish. Our experience began with Bert, our sales rep, who clearly explained the process and set great expectations. From there, Shomari and his team—Branden and Spencer—were efficient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Mike and his team were also fantastic and maintained the same high level of professionalism throughout the project. I cannot thank Primary Home Improvements enough for adding insulation to our attic! From start to finish I was impressed. Their customer service was great and scheduling was easy. Robert and Mike were very professional. Nice guys!! They made sure that our house stayed cleaned while they worked— laying down tarps for their hose and shoe covers to prevent the snow and salt from coming in and cleaned up the work space so well it didn’t even look like anything happened! Robert asked me if I planned on using the attic for storage and then carved out dedicated spaces for my bins, which I really appreciated. I noticed a huge difference just taking a peek up there. Feels so much warmer already. Thank you guys— you went above and beyond!

Bert (our consultant) was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was the final selling point for us choosing to go with Primary Home Improvement. He answered all our questions and explained all of our options, and made us feel confident in the decision we were making. The whole experience was very smooth thanks to his support. I had Primary Home Improvements come to assess my condo's insulation needs and was really happy with how that went. Bert Rodriguez was thorough and precise in his assessment, very knowledgeable and explained options in easy to understand terms. And as a single female, I felt safe having him in my home. They have good financing options and offer superior products. I highly recommend them!
