Virginia Tile - Brooklyn Heights

Jolene helped me pick BEAUTIFUL tiles for my kitchen and bath renovation. I have absolutely no skills when it comes to aesthetics so her help was greatly appreciated. She asked great questions that helped determine what colors to go with, and presented me with gorgeous options. The tile is being laid as I type this and I couldn’t be happier. Virginia Tile has so many different and lovely tiles. You won’t see a selection like this in a big box store. You also won’t get the wonderful Jolene to help you make your decisions. :) Highly recommend this store.

Shipped this Marmoline bench to me full of soot and dirt. Couldn't even take five minutes to clean it off. Update, it's getting worse. Shipped a bench like this to me, flat on the pallet, with 400 lbs of ceramic on top of it. I'm starting to think they don't like me. It's been a year since my last review and they just don't seem to care...had to lower it.

Alex D was super helpful, kind, attentive and answered all questions I had. Never made me feel rushed and went out of her way to help me, it being the first time I've ever had to get a job of this type done it was nice to have someone walk me through it. Highly recommend!

Easy in and out and material is loaded for you..staff was exceptionally polite and processed the purchase orders quickly and efficiently. Nice to see way above average customer service. The range of products they offer is quite diverse and the prices are comparable to the big box stores.
