As a repeat customer of Lawn Works, I am glad to write an honest review for other potential customers rather than spew lies as I am seeing in other reviews. Justin started managing my lawn and those close to me when he was a pretty new business and since then for almost 7 years he has done an excellent job. He shows up, checks back in when the job is complete, and lets me change my mind 10x prior to making a final decision. I will recommend Justin and his business time and time again and anyone who has actually received his services, I am confident will say the same! Thank you Justin!!

As an out of state property owner, I have trusted Lawn Works and Justin to manage my lawn maintenance and snow plowing for years. Justin has been reliable, trustworthy, and accommodating which is key in trusting someone 4+ hours away and not being able to see their work at time of completion. No complaints here!! I would not recommend Lawn Works to anyone. The owner, Justin, is never actually out doing any of the work—he just shows up to yell at his crew and then disappears. It’s really uncomfortable to watch how he treats his workers. The team doing the labor seemed like they were trying their best, but morale was clearly low. If you’re looking for a professional, respectful company, this isn’t it.

I’ve seen and heard enough about LawnWorks to know this is not a company I’d recommend to anyone — whether you're looking for a job or hiring for lawn care. The owner, Justin, has a reputation for going months without paying his crew, expecting them to handle everything while he’s rarely seen on job sites. From what I’ve observed, the small team is stretched thin, doing the work and even paying out of pocket to fuel equipment — which is outrageous considering they’re not being paid on time (or at all). That’s not just bad business — it’s disrespectful. If you care about supporting ethical companies or are thinking about hiring reliable workers, LawnWorks is not it.

If you’ve ever dealt with Justin, you know how sketchy things can get. The way he runs the place is all over the place — nothing feels legit or professional. Tons of red flags and shady behavior that make you question everything going on behind the scenes. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him or trusting this business long-term.
