Low ceilings. My jeep just barely fit. But it's nice

Parked and headed to my meeting a few blocks away. Surprised to learn I needed my parking receipt to enter the locked garage upon return at 9pm. Phoned for help then disoriented having had to enter through a different level and location than used when I originally parked. Very nice staffer, but was a hassle. Perhaps more signage on parking level and need of receipt?

Conveniently located, but the ticket booking process can be frustrating. If you’re not attending an event and trying to purchase tickets online, the available times often don’t align properly, leading to confusion and overcharging. It would be much better if the system was more transparent and user-friendly, ensuring fair pricing and accurate scheduling for all customers.

Don’t fall for their prepaid parking for events. They have no way of controlling the number of cars that enter and no attendant on hand to close the lot when full. Rode to the top - no spots. Started down and spent 30 minutes trying to get out of the lot to go somewhere else. Missed the first 15 minutes of the show when I should have been in my seat 30 minutes before the start. On the bright side, I emailed them that night (Saturday) to get a refund and they gave me a refund on Monday.
