LAZ Parking - Parsons West Annex

I’ve had a monthly parking pass here for years. Today, I made the mistake of leaving my pass in another bag at home while rushing to a Dr appt. When I pressed the intercom for help, Denise Ruiz who is apparently a manager refused to let me out unless I ran back in the rain to get my pass. She said there was nothing that I could do to get out even if I was willing to pay, and had the most condescending and snarky attitude, lecturing me about the contract I signed with the parking garage. With everything else heavy in the world, it would’ve been free to choose to be kind. I shouldn’t have forgotten the pass. But if no one ever had issues getting out, she would be out of a job. She exemplifies someone who should not be in Customer Service.

This is a really good parking garage, right next to downtown, and it feels safe and secure. Yes, it is pricey, but it just be like that sometimes.

$12 parking all day. Uncovered and covered options available, but the covered lot has tons of speed bumps and visitors must park on level 3 or 4. Not sure if that's expensive or not for surrounding s. Pasadena area. Credit card only as there is no attendant on duty.
