LBJ Student Center Garage

Double charged my card and then charged me an extra fee for not leaving the garage within the 15 minute window. I attended a university event where my parking was supposed to be validated and then got attitude about how I wasn’t supposed to pay and then go to my car - instead, I’m supposed to load my car, repark, pay and then leave. It’s a little ridiculous to be double charged and then get extra fees. I had to pull up my bank app which showed I was already charged twice today and then had to give them my card number to double check. No sorry for the double charge or help to fix that… just the extra fee since I maxed out the 15 minute window.

Normally it’s great but recently we have been waiting a long time (25 minutes) to park our cars . The sad thing is on the fifth floor is wide open to park. There was only 4 parked cars on the fifth floor and a lot of empty spots open. How is this considered full? On career days 1+ hours of waiting easy and 5th floor is still practically empty

This campus needs more garage parking spaces or lots which are still close enough to campus areas to walk or take the bus. I waited in line, wrapped around the street for 45 minutes before I waited at the gate for another 5 minutes for a vehicle to leave. Parking costs should be lower.

Charged way to park on campus for Graduation! For goodness sakes I've paid enough in tuition parking cost enforcement is hyper inflation and cost shifting not to mention a profit center ! My daughter car was broken into 3 times ! They did nothing and refused to have anyone investigate

The older man with a raspy voice working as the manager seriously needs to consider retirement. His attitude is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for someone in a customer service role to act this way, especially when we’re paying for parking. If he doesn’t enjoy interacting with customers, he should consider a different line of work. Paying customers deserve respect and a pleasant experience, not hostility.
