Matthew was initially very nice, and seemed willing and able to help us find our leak. After 3 days of looking, and tracing electrical and communications lines, he didn't find it. He said he was 99.9% sure that if a plumber installed a shut off valve in one spot, it would bypass the still-hidden leak. We hired a plumber to do that, but what Matthew was tracing wasn't even a water line. The water line was near the area, so we had the shut-off valve installed, but it didn't stop the leak. Matthew started changing his story and refused to take responsibility for the costs we were beginning to accrue.
