Fantastic customer service from the Lexington branch. Price for the same material from the other techo-bloc dealer in town was significantly cheaper in all aspects. Ordered a custom delivery on a Wednesday and they delivered Friday (insanely fast). Just as importantly, Bryan and JP were fantastic throughout the process. Friendly, helpful and great communications. Also, very DIY home project friendly! Thanks!

I came here after accidentally busting some concrete block, I had incorrectly measured the block and the employee inside helped me correctly identify the block by pictures I had, everybody there was extremely nice, everything looked to be in stock and they had tons of colors/sizes of brick (I didn’t need to brick but I didn’t know you could buy it in so many colors). I assume my block was a somewhat unusual size but they had plenty. 10/10 would recommend-plus it gives me another reason to avoid Home Depot/Lowe’s employees who turn into track stars when you have a question.

Mark has been very helpful throughout the process of building our house. He is responsive and has made sure materials are onsite when they are needed. He is knowledgeable about the product and has gone out of his way on several occasions to accommodate us. I would highly recommend working with Mark on your next building project!

Bruce was amazing! He stayed after closing hours to help us pick out the right type of stone for our fireplace and explain to us the process of installing it. He then loaded up all of the material we needed and sent us off on our way with a friendly hand shake. I will continue to go back to this store and ask for Bruce, great guy!
