I would recommend not using this company. I chose this company. I had issues with the contractor and the permit expired. Even though this person did not perform any inspections, and they are no longer used by my township, they refuse to refund my money, so now I am out another $500.00. It’s not surprising that they are not being used by the township if this is how they do business. Do yourself a favor and choose a different inspection company.
