Len Jr is the best. The only plumber I trust to get the work done right the first time. He and his crew put in a new heating system, hot water holding tank and other plumbing problems we had. They are always professional and get the job done right. Today I called for a heating issue and they were here in a couple hours. Price is always fair !

I recently woke up to a nightmare, my water heater turned into a fountain and was spraying water all over the floor. A friend had recommended Len Thonus plumbing and specifically Matt Forte. So I gave them a call. Matt`s expertise and professionalism were evident right away as he explained the different shut-off valves and walked me through turning off the water that was pouring from the water heater and onto my basement floor. He carefully explained my options and gave me a time he could arrive later in the day. He arrived on time, was very professional, and treated me and my home with respect. We recently used Len Thonus Plumbing, Heating & HVAC to replace our downstairs air conditioning handler and condenser. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Updating this initial review - Len and his team just did a full replacement of my entire HVAC system. The quality of work is second to none and they left my basement cleaner than it was when they started. Fair pricing, timely, quality work, no shady upsells. Tough to imagine anybody doing it better. *Initial Review* Len is great. We had our furnace go out and he was the only one adamant he could fix it instead of immediately considering full replacement. And he did fix it. That's honesty and that's incredibly valuable. We need more Lens.
