They made the concrete pad over a foot too big for my house. Even though they had the blue prints to the house showing it was only 24’x38’. They made the pad 25x39ft. When I asked why they were making it so big they simply told me that’s just how it’s done. Well now all the rain is hitting the concrete and going under my house. We will now either have to cut off the extra concrete or try to find a skirting solution that protrudes from the house more than 6 inches all the way around. When I tried to contact them about the issue I could not get a response back.
