My husband has to go to Leslie's often for chemicals for work. They have good customer service and always have the essentials in stock.

Is spectacular 🤩🤩 I recently took over the responsibility of maintaining my complex pool and was really struggling with maintaining the proper chemical ranges and understanding/ knowing which chemicals to use/ when to use them. I brought in my water sample on Wednesday and Chloe spent almost an hour explaining what chemicals I needed, giving me step by step instructions on what to buy, how to use it, what it would do, etc. and even went as far as labeling everything for me with the appropriate steps and instructions! She helped eliminate a lot of my worry surrounding getting everything leveled and made it so easy!

I'm so glad I stopped in today! The sales associates were super friendly, extremely helpful and made my day. They answered several questions that I had and even helped me decide on things I needed. I used to manage retail stores and these guys are quality. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Give these guys raises. 1. Because they deserve it. Good customer service is hard to find. 2. You need to keep them around. I'm a long time customer and will definitely keep coming back here. Ive always followed their advice when treating my pool and I always have great results. They don't have anything in stock. This is my 3rd time going for 3 different items and they didn't have nothing. Thats my last time going there and definitely not referring them to anyone

Shane is the best! I drive past other pool stores to come here and he always takes such good care of me and is patient even though I have no clue what I’m doing. Even though the store is very clearly understaffed, he works so hard to take good care of everyone that comes in AND keep the shelves stocked.
