Scammers! Used them for a trim job that turned into a disaster. Learned during the job he did not have a drivers license and had to be picked up or he would ride a bike to work. Very messy worker did not clean up after himself or use dust catchers on his equipment. Said he was licensed and insured but was arrested on my property for two outstanding bench warrants from Beaufort County construction related license violations. Do not let him trade any work for a weeks stay in your rental villa. He didn't do the work and he won't get out.

Be very careful. They don't pay their bills.
