After I found out that an upstairs toilet shutoff valve did not completely cutoff water supply to the toilet, I called Lile Plumbing to quote replacement of the compression fitting multi-turn shutoff valve with a more robust quarter-turn valve replacement. Lile does charge a $49 service-fee to come and evaluate the issues (no phone quotes), but this was clearly and kindly communicated upfront in our phone conversation with total transparency. Given the holiday timeframe, I was told it may be a week or so before a visit could be scheduled. They kindly placed me on call-list in case another customer job completed earlier than expected. Lile Plumbing is amazing. We had used their services for a simple project in the kitchen, but this time we had something major. The kitchen sink drain was clogged and needed to be redone from the sink to the stack to correct some original plumbing mistakes in our house. Lile quickly responded after leaving a message on their website and came to the house the next day. They were on time and worked very efficiently to get the big job done. They were courteous and very thorough. They have great customer service and super-friendly staff. I will call them again because they were just that good.

Lile Plumbing will always be our go-to plumber! We have used them several times over the years for small projects to emergency leaks coming through our ceiling from a leaking upstairs toilet! They are always quick to respond and if we call in the morning we are typically seen that same day! Everyone that has come out has been so professional, courteous and kind. They are very upfront about their pricing and explain everything they are going to do before it's done. Highly recommend them! And if you have a dog they will be SO glad you needed a plumber!!

Kevin from Lile Plumbing was excellent! He came out to our home on a Sunday to replace our hot water heater. He was friendly, efficient and professional. We will definitely be calling Lile Plumbing for future needs!

We messaged them in the evening and they called first thing the next morning. Kevin came out an hour later, gave us an estimate, and fixed our sink and dishwasher which were clogged and not draining. You cannot find a nicer, more professional, or more efficient plumber. Our pipes were 100% clogged. We really appreciated that he showed them to us so we could see just how bad the problem was. Now, everything works like new. Kevin was phenomenal and we can't say enough good things about him and our experience there.
