Great service! Jim and his team always do a great job. Saturday morning my 6 year old heater stopped working, hours before a big pool party for the kids. Sent Lilly pools and email and Jim responded quickly. 1 hour later he shows up at my fence with a replacement part in hand. I’ve been using Lilly pools since 2019 when I needed to resurrect a 25+ year old pool at an old house I bought. I went through 3 other companies before i found Lilly pool and Jim said, yeah, we can fix that!I They were able to get it working with the equipment I had and then helped me replace items as needed over the years. I always recommended them when someone asks!!!

I used Lilly Pool And Spa Service last year, but overall, my experience was not satisfactory. In June 2024, during the hottest time of the year, my family was away for a week. Unfortunately, the workers they hired did not show up to clean my pool as scheduled. As a result, when I returned home, my pool water had turned completely green. I immediately called the company, and they sent someone over. However, because the pool had turned green, they charged me extra for additional chemicals. On top of that, they came twice the following week to check on the pool and charged me for both visits. Essentially, the entire issue was caused by their negligence, but I ended up paying for all the consequences and extra costs. I have been through 3 different pool services and Lilly is the only company consistently showing up in a professional manner, leaving my pool and spa clean and working properly. But my favorite thing about Lilly Pool and Spa is how I am treated as a customer! Top notch service and they are always available to help if you run into an issue. They care about their customers and take care of any issues in a timely, friendly manor.

Jim and all of his crew are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I recently purchased a new pool skimmer from them (Betta solar powered pool skimmer). It is amazing!! So worth the money. My pool has never looked better.
