We needed our washing machine repaired. After our first appointment, our washing machine still did not work properly, so we scheduled another appointment. Technician did not show up the day he was supposed to. After our second appointment, LMA told us they needed to order a replacement pump for our washer. This part was delayed for several weeks, and the company failed to contact us with updated ETAs. Every correspondence was initiated by us calling them, not the other way around, and I eventually had feelings of mistrust toward LMA, since what they were telling me did not match what was actually happening. This company subcontracts to local companies. They never tell you this when you call. They take a $60 referral fee, THEN you pay the subcontractor for the repair. Quality Repair was so unreliable! Sadly, the technician was over an hour late and came after 7pm in the evening. He failed to diagnose the issue because he spent less than 20 minutes total visit. I contacted the company- they sent the same guy back the next day without calling to confirm a time. He promised to come back with the part and called 6 hours later to say he could come at 8pm at night! Instead, we Arranged for the next morning at 8 am and was an hour and half late. Lots of lip service and apologies, poor customer service and an expensive repair. I will make sure I tell my friends and neighbors to stay clear. APPALLING A

We had contacted Lionville Marchwood Appliance on Dec 9th to take a look at our washer. We were told a tech would be here the next day. Tech didn't come until 3 days later. Not sure what exactly he tried fixing, but now every time we run a wash there is a burning rubber smell and our clothes are coming out still drenched from the spin cycle not fully operating. The Tech came back again three days after that visit and stated we should be able to still do laundry and to NOT worry about the burning smell. Tech was coming back out for the 4th time now it is 12-21 we were not able to get a hold of him until mid afternoon. This company uses a call center to book their appointments. The call center isn't local and the staff have no clue about appliances. They take a down payment to hold the appointment. Then they call you back to tell you it's either more money, or the appointment time has changed, or both. This is basically a bait and switch scam. The technicians may be great; I'll never know. Until they get their act together there is no way a sane person could recommend using them.

I thought that I was using a reputable local appliance company. But all they do is collect an immediate fee and use independent repair contractors to respond to your service requirement. I already knew I had a bad compressor. I didn't need to pay someone to come out and tell me that!
