LL Grimes Plumbing

After last week’s ice storm we lost water and our Hot water heater. I made a call to Grimes Plumbing yesterday at 11:30 and I had an appointment with a technician the next morning. Within 12 hours of the original call we have our new hot water heater installed and working. The technician was very pleasant and efficient.

Grimes was very responsive and handled our situation with care and excellence! They never asked the size of the repair and was not concerned that it was a smaller repair which is rare today to find! I am a contractor and understand the industry well and would highly recommend Grimes Plumbing. David contacted me on his way and through the process even though we were not at home. Great work!

Company came out for a service call. Wanted $4200 to replace a hot water heater. It was in a closet with a ton a space, Easy install. Charged me $99 when I didn’t let them do the repairs. Never made me aware there was a fee. Price was a rip off. Called Dan Donovan. He is fixing it for $650 tomorrow. Does not need a new water heater. It’s was a 2021. Just needs a pan and drain and expansion tank. Beware using this company.

I had a burst pipe over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. Hunter came right out. I didn't know if it was my main line or the spigot. Thankfully it was the spigot. He fixed everything and secured the new piping under the house very well (I might even say its pretty lol). Hunter did a very professional job and was very polite.

Called to have a sewer drain snaked, told them exactly what was needed before they ever came, and that it was a recurring problem, before even looking at anything said the cost would be $429, which is considerably higher than I have paid in the past for the exact same thing. Cost me $99 for absolutely nothing, if they had said it was that much in the first place, never would have made the appointment at all.
