Local Plumbing LLC

We had two separate water leaks under the foundation of our home. We were referred to Local Plumbing LLC by some people we trust, and I'm so glad that we did! Those guys went above and beyond what we had even expected of them. The owner kept in contact with our water company to make sure that they wouldn't shut us off. Also, one of the leaks was located under the hearth of our fireplace so the entire fireplace had to be taken out. The owner felt so badly about it that he custom built the most beautiful fireplace mantel for us to put in place of the old one. Each person, on that crew, was also quite kind and considerate of our loud dogs & busy household. If your looking for an honest plumber than look no further. Mike the owner is amazing. He was sent my home warranty company. He was able to fix our water leak from a loose pipe really quick after a big shot company wanted to double charge us and made it seem a bigger issue than it was. All we need the pipe to be tightened that it and mike fixed it just like that. Then we showed him some other issues we were having and he again gave honest answer and came back a later time a fixed everything. He will be my forever plumber

They were sent by my warranty company. Had an appointment Friday to install the water heater didnt make it to get the water heater before the warehouse closed said he didn't know they closed at 4. Sounds like someone bit off more then they could chew. And I ask for a discount on the install and they denied and said they would see us Monday morning. Well Monday morning never came they canceled or claim and I now have to pay another service call. And do it all over. Going on two weeks with no hot water.

This was a horrible experience. I was connected with them through my home warranty. That appears to be the kicker. They do not treat warranty clients well. They canceled the first day to come out the first time on a Friday. They come out Saturday, spend 5 minutes at the house and say they need to go connect with my warranty company. Fine by me. But I have to pay them $150 in advance because they came out. Okay I guess. They said they would be out Tuesday. Tuesday morning, I reach out to touch base and was told actually he had an injury. Can we come tomorrow? I call tomorrow. Actually he needs a few days, can we come Friday (we are at a week from the first appointment now). But sure. Friday- actually we have to pick the kids up. What about Saturday? Saturday- family thing. Maybe tomorrow? I

My HW company scheduled this company. The gentleman arrived nearly 5 hours after the original appointment time. He did not properly diagnose the problem. He was in and out under 10 minutes, taking with him my $100 service fee. Less than 45 days later, the problem reappears but worse this time...and they're not answering their phones or responding to messages. I usually love small businesses because of their integrity, but RUN away from this one.
