Jim Logan is the best! He quickly diagnosed the problems with my AC units, repaired one immediately and replaced the other quickly at a very reasonable price! He is polite, neat and clean, and highly skilled.

We moved into our home and inspector said the boiler was one of the best work he has seen in a long time. Loganaire did that work. We called for a maintenance service and Jim took the time to explain how the boiler worked and gives tips. He paid attention to details including clean up. It's clear he cares about his customers and quality of his work. Don't hesitate to call if you need HVAC services. Price is fair and work is excellent.

Highly recommend. He's very polite cleans up after his work. He explains what happened. He fixed and diagnosed, or problem immediately. And now we are having him come out every year for maintenance.
