Bought new spout for shower & the diverter was broken. I had to call a plumber & he put in a new spout with working diverter & I was told sorry, nothing they could do now. I won't be referring anyone to them & either is my plumber.

Stopped by this a.m. to look at rain showers and hand held shower systems. Rhonda was a gem! She mentioned that she's been there for 11 years, and it showed! Personable, very knowledgeable, she saved us a bunch of money. I recommend Longley supply and Rhonda with 20 stars.

Worse plumbing parts experience ever- went in for a union brass re-model kit which the parts counter guy said he didn't have - Mistakingly finishing his mumbling thoughts as he rumaged through loose individualy wrapped valve stems and handles I assumed he was piecing me together a re-model kit. He dropped a new diverter stem and a replacement for the 1 hot stem I brought in to match up and what I thought were handles for each. I reminded him that I also needed the cold side stem. By now he already wrang me up an astronomical bill for 3 replacement stems, and 2 handles of $59 bucks and change- I looked at 1 of the replacement stem bags and realized it contained no seat- so, now, for 2 seats he added $4.00 more dollars. So, I'm headed back to the job when it hit me that he had not added the
