Bob was great at coordinating everyone so our multiple projects were completed as efficiently as possible. They cleaned up as best is possible at the end of each work day and showed up on time every morning. I was impressed with how little time it took to complete redoing 2 bathrooms, and removing a fireplace and redoing flooring. I would highly recommend.

We've hired Bob and his team 3 times for 3 different home upgrade projects (bar, kitchen, massive bathroom remodel of three bathrooms). He has always been professional, making sure our requests are met, with professional teams performing quality work. He always makes sure work is completed to our satisfaction.

We hired Bob and his crews to do some long overdue exterior painting, which included replacing 4 windows, replacing some dry rot, and some minor electrical work. Great teams, great result. We will be calling Bob for a couple of other projects coming up as well!

The exterior of our house was disreputable with haphazard cable strung by telecom, satellite, solar, and entertainment vendors over the decades. We selected Loudermilk Construction to make the wiring proper and invisible. Our electrical signals are terrific now and the work was done with minimal drywall intrusion. I love the look - or lack of it! The team was versatile, neat, and communicated well. The job came in on time and under budget. I'm very pleased.
